These provisions are designed to clarify our operational hours, billing practices, and the additional benefits we offer, such as the ability to carry over unused hours and gift them to your loved ones. Our goal is to provide you with a service that is not only luxurious and convenient but also adaptable to your changing needs and lifestyle.

 

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following important aspects of our service:

 

1. Standard Business Hours: Access our concierge services from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We ensure you have our support during the core hours of your day across all our service packages.

 

2. After-Hours & Special Days: Requests beyond our standard hours, including weekends and federal holidays, incur a premium. This adjusted rate, double our usual hourly fee, compensates for our team's extended availability and dedication.

 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations:

   - Advance Notice: Secure appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, allowing us to precisely allocate our resources.

   - Cancellations: Also require 24 hours' notice, optimizing our resource management and client service.

   - Late Cancellations: Incur a fee, detailed in our service agreement, maintaining fairness and efficiency.

 

4. Unused Hours: Remember, purchased hours expire 12 months after acquisition, encouraging timely enjoyment of our services.

 

5. Billing Transparency: Costs for items and third-party services are billed separately, ensuring clarity in your expenses.

 

6. Billing Increments: We bill in convenient 30-minute segments, with a one-hour minimum for all service requests.

 

7. Travel Policy: Services rendered beyond a 5-mile radius include additional mileage charges, with billable hours starting from our departure to your location and back.

 

8. Payment Flexibility: Choose from a variety of payment methods including Cash, Checks, Venmo, PayPal, and major credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

 

9. Service Agreement: A mutual understanding through our agreement clarifies operational procedures and billing policies, setting the stage for a seamless service experience.
